Billy Roc is a beloved IPW wrestler who has achieved many accomplishments in his career. Roc won the IPW Super Junior Heavyweight Tournament in 2007, has been IPW Mid-American champion twice, IPW Junior Heavyweight Champion, and his 2006 match against Mike Quackenbush was voted Match of the Year by IPW fans. In addition, Roc has also participated in the Ted Petty Invitational 2007 (TPI 07), Jeff Peterson Cup 2007 (JPC 07), Young Lions Cup (Chikara 07), and won the American Loudacore tournament in 2007.

Roc credits his achievements to the training he received from Dory Funk Jr., Don Basher, Harley Race, Chris Hero, Mike Quackenbush, and Chad Collyer, as well as the inspiration he found in his wrestling heroes, which include: Ricky Steamboat, Terry Funk, Tully Blanchard, Terry Gordy, Michael PS Hayes, Dick Murdock, Rock & Roll Express, Tracy Smothers, Skayde, and Johnny Saint.

Not only is he an IPW icon, but Billy Roc is a trainer as well. His wrestling school, School of Roc, is the only IPW-endorsed wrestling school available to date.
