Jon Moxley was the sole survivor, last eliminating Jake Crist. Scotty Vortekz and IPW World Champion Appollo Starr eliminated each other when they brawled to the locker room.

Greg Carey made a few announcements. First, Rush Wrestling Enterprises is no longer part of IPW. He then announced that he is stepping down as IPW Commissioner to focus on the Corps of Insanity. The new Commissioner is Brandon Prophet.
Prophet announced that there are going to be some rule changes to bring the insanity back to IPW. There will no longer be any count outs or disqualifications (unless by interference). He also announced that B Boy is coming to IPW for the Super Junior Heavyweight Tournament next month! The winner of the tournament will be crowned the Super Junior Heavyweight Champion as "Quick" Carter Gray has retired from wrestling.

The Corps of Insanity (Irish Airborne & Jesse Emerson) hit the ring and attacked both teams. Commissioner Brandon Prophet set a match for next month at the SJHT: a 10-man elimination match with Surivor Series rules and two teams of 5 mean each. The teams will be captained by Irish Airborne and Faith In Nothing.

Mike Williams made some announcements: Davey Richards and "Chainsaw" Joe Gacy couldn't make the show. Davey will be back soon and will take on Drake Younger. Williams also announced an addition to the Super Junior Heavyweight Tournament on 11/7/09. Along with Chuck Taylor, Billy Roc will be returning! Roc then surprised fans by coming to the ring and saying "Never say never in the wrestling business."

"King Vu" Richard Phillips berated the crowd and dared anyone in the back to come out and accept his open challenge. Ron Mathis accepted the challenge but Vu pinned him quickly. Vu continued to rant until Jon Moxley accepted his challenge.

After intermission, Jill Ferris introduced the new IPW World Champion Scotty Vortekz. Scotty talked about how honored he is to be the first IPW Grand Slam Champion, winning all 4 title belts. Mr. Rodney Rush and Appollo Starr interrupted Vortekz's speech. Appollo was offended last month when Vortekz had all his fellow RAAGE Dojo members in the ring celebrating, but not him. He then told Vortekz to tell Drake Younger to find another tag partner tonight; the main event will be "Poison" Appollo Starr v. Scotty Vortekz for the World Title. Commissioner Greg Carey agreed to the match, telling Mr. Rush that he "owes" him.

Jesse Emerson came out proclaiming himself the Mid-American Champion wearing the belt he stole at last month's show.

This match was scheduled to be a singles match, but Mr. Rodney Rush came out early into the match saying that he had spoken to Commissioner Greg Carey and he had a contender for this match as well. Justin Andrews was at his side, but "Quick" Carter Gray came into the ring from behind and attacked both Williams and Rayz to make the match a 3-way.

Garze also announced that, due to personal issues, he will be taking a leave of absence as commissioner. Garza then announced the new commissioner of IPW... Greg Carey. Carey announced a match for next month - Irish Airborne vs. Faith In Nothing.

Greg Carey interfered in the match, which led to Rayz winning. When Rayz realized that he didn't win cleanly, he demanded the match be reinstate because he didn't want to win that way. Rayz was then beateated by Williams after the match was restarted. Williams shook Rayz's hand after the match and Dustin fired Greg Carey as his manager.

Dan Garza stripped Ryan Rich and Chris "The Madness" Hall due to Ryan Rich being unable to beatend the titles tonight. Commissioner Dan Garza set up a match for the Tag Team Titles later in the show -- Chris "The Madness" Hall & Dave Davidson vs. Jesse Emerson & Justin Andrews vs. Faith in Nothing.

Post-match, Carlton Kaz shook the hand of Jake Crist and congratulated him on his win to the dismay of Greg Carey. Carton Kaz then gave Greg Cary a groin shot and left the Council of Champions. Dave Crist then gave Greg Carey a pie to the face.

Drake passed out from the crossfaced chicken wing. Post-match, Moxley continued to beat Drake down until an unknown person rushed the ring to save him. Moxley left the ring and the unknown man turned out to be the RETURNING SCOTTY VORTEKZ!!!!!!! Moxley came back in the ring and did a stare-down with Vortekz. Moxley ended the stare-down by flipping the bird and heading to the locker room. Younger woke up, saw who saved him, and hugged Scotty to the roar of the crowd.
